• SHIPPING

1.  All orders are shipped Standard US Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Shipping options are: U. S. Priority (2 - 3 days to most lower-48 destinations), Fed Ex Next Day/Am (no Saturday delivery), International Priority Air Mail (usually 2 - 3 weeks and not available to all countries), and International Express (usually 1 - 2 weeks).

2.  INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  All orders to destinations outside of the US or its territories must have a customs declaration form attached.  DIVE GODDESS is required to mark any orders as "merchandise" and list the contents and value accurately. As "merchandise" the customer may or may not be assessed a duty by the recipient's country.  DIVE GODDESS has no control over this government-imposed assessment, how much the assessment is, or whether the assessment is made at all. Each country has its own laws regarding assessing duty.

• RETURNS

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
1.      Within thirty (30) days of purchase, all skins are returnable for refund (less shipping) or exchange as long as the suit has not been worn, washed, or damaged.  
Mail with instructions to: 6721 Brants Lane, Fort Worth, TX 76116.  DELIVERY CONFIRMATION is advised.  Include instructions.  Exchanges/Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.  On exchanges, shipping charges will apply.      

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS:
        
2.      Beyond thirty (30) days of purchase, a 5% re-stocking charge will apply to any skin returned for refund (less shipping) as long as the suit has not been worn, washed, or damaged.

3.      If the print has been retired AND the purchase was made more than 30 days from return for refund (less shipping) or exchange, there will be a 10% re-stocking charge.

4.      Within thirty (30) days of purchase, there will be a 5% re-stocking charge, if four or more skins are returned for refund (less shipping) for order(s)  placed within a ten-day period.  Beyond thirty (30) days, a 10% re-stocking charge will apply for the same circumstances.
